BOSSA NOVA SHIPPING TERMS

We are taking extra precautions in our fulfillment processes due to the Covid-19 pandemic. These precautions are to ensure employee health and safety. As a result, you may experience a short delay of a day or two in processing your order. We appreciate your patience and support.

We offer complimentary ground shipping via USPS on all orders within the continental U.S. Most orders are shipped within one (1) business day of purchase. Please allow up to two (2) additional days during holidays or other times where U.S. business activities may be impacted. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within five (5) business days of its ship date. We will work to get you your order as quickly as possible. 

BOSSA NOVA RETURN POLICY

Bossa Nova gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise, still containing the original tags, purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of the date of purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

For all returns of merchandise purchased online, please email us with your order number at info@bossanovaclothing.com to notify us of the return.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account. We'll send you an email when your return has been processed so you know your refund is on the way.

For in-store and online purchases, we are happy to take it back in-store for a refund, credit or exchange within 15 days of the date of purchase.
